Greenpeace Central and Eastern Europe (GP CEE) is a regional network of 9 countries. To drive the next stage of our fundraising growth across the region with a strong initial focus on Poland, we are looking for a
Regional Fundraising Director (40h)
based in our Polish Office in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader with a strong background in fundraising, marketing or business development to make a decisive impact on one of the most mission-driven organisations in the world.
Our regional markets hold exceptional potential, and we are investing in a senior strategic role that will shape the long-term sustainability, resilience and growth of our environmental work across CEE.
Job requirements
Your Impact
As Regional Fundraising Director, you will:
Lead the development and execution of GP CEE’s regional mass donor fundraising strategy (excluding Austria) with a strong initial focus on the Polish market.
Set strategic investment priorities, optimize ROI and guide resource allocation.
Accelerate the professionalisation and growth of fundraising programmes across all CEE offices.
Drive an ambitious, data-driven fundraising strategy in Poland, our largest growth market.
Introduce cutting-edge marketing and fundraising innovations.
Strengthen collaboration between Fundraising, Campaigns, Communications, Engagement and senior leadership teams.
Represent Greenpeace in senior-level donor negotiations, partnerships and international platforms.
Develop the fundraising capacity of local offices and foster a strong, collaborative fundraising culture.
Contribute as a key member of our Senior Management Team and significantly shape the future of GP CEE.
What You Bring
At least 10 years of leadership experience in fundraising, marketing, business development or donor relations in profit and/or non-profit organizations.
A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading investment strategies.
Deep knowledge of the Polish donor and consumer landscape.
Strategic mindset, analytical strength and the ability to lead through influence across multiple countries. Multicultural Leadership experience is welcome.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
High professional integrity and alignment with Greenpeace values.
Fluency in English is required. Polish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
Non-profit experience is welcome but not mandatory.
