Regional Actions & Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)

The main purpose of this role is to inspire and enable creative confrontations and NVDA’s in any of the CEE offices and campaign work.

You will play a key part in developing and delivering training for activists, while building and sustaining the operational capacity needed to carry out effective actions.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain action capacity (tools, equipment)

  • Deliver training program to activists and staff

  • Represent CEE office in the Global action community

  • Deliver field work in CEE region

  • Implement and co-create internal policies and best practices (CEE/ Global level)

  • Implement risk assessment  and security management 


What we are looking for :

  • Understanding of the NGO sector

  • Dealing  with confrontational situations

  • Public speaking

  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Slovakian

  • Action scouting, research and investigation

  • Experience in non-violent direct action

  • Strong communication skills;

Job requirements

This role may be based in one of these regional offices in CEE: Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia.
