Administrator at Greenpeace Ukraine

We are looking for an Administrator to build comfort and happiness in the team and office space by providing administrative, logistical and warehouse support in order to create a secure, sustainable and ethical working environment at Greenpeace Ukraine. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on environmental protection in Ukraine.
Job requirements
The main scope of the role will include but not be limited to:
Identify and address timely the needs of Greenpeace Ukraine team and Zelenyi Val space dwellers to ensure their operational effectiveness
Manage the physical office space to ensure comfort and happiness of the team and leading to effective working environment
Keep the administrative documentation flow (including basic HR processes) to connect operations with accounting and reporting needs
Provide assets and warehouse management to ensure effective operations
Coordinate and organize logistics for the major offline Greenpeace events in Ukraine
Showcase and promote a secure, sustainable and ethical working environment
What we are looking for:
Fluent in Ukrainian
English at least B1 (communication with English-speakers is needed)
At least secondary specialised education in a relevant field
High attention to details, enjoy to create order out of chaos
High level of autonomy and self-management
Ability to learn fast
Resilience and flexibility
Possibility to traveling in Ukraine and abroad (reservation from the army is not provided)
At least 1 year professional experience in administration
Work experience or volunteering in NGO sector is a plus

The role holder reports to the office director. The position is to be based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The final salary is based on the organization's salary system and the relevant experience of the position holder. We are receiving applications on a rolling basis.
