What You'll Do:

- Lead Communication Strategies: Design and implement impactful communication strategies for Greenpeace Romania, ensuring alignment with our global standards and campaign objectives.

- Media Relations: Serve as a senior spokesperson, building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to enhance Greenpeace Romania’s reputation and media presence.

- PR Events & Storytelling: Manage PR events and create compelling stories that drive our mission forward, contributing to a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

- Crisis Communications & Monitoring: Play a key role in crisis communications, monitoring media trends, and evaluating the success of our communication efforts.

- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues within Romania and across Greenpeace's international network, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

- A Fearless Storyteller: You're committed to telling the truth, even when it's bold and daring, and you believe in the power of communication to spark change.

- Media Relations Expert: With a successful track record of managing media relations, you know how to pitch stories that captivate reporters, editors, and producers.

- Multinational Experience: Comfortable working in a diverse, multinational environment, you show respect and sensitivity towards cultural differences, contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace.

- Confident Public Speaker: You’re at ease speaking publicly and representing Greenpeace at high-level events and in media appearances.

- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both Romanian and English is essential for this role.
