Head of Campaigns

Job description

 

  • to join our team of 50 people, working together with 16 000 donors, volunteers and activists
  • to lead campaign and strategic activities in Greenpeace Poland
  • to take overall responsibility for setting policy, direction, strategy and plan for the campaign and to manage team of campaign managerial staff to implement the plan
  • to be responsible for the regular financial reporting and budget control of the campaigns
  • to initiate and foster relationships to strengthen Greenpeace influence on governments, businesses, media and within civil society
  • to smoothly cooperate with fundraising, logistics, comms and engagement departments to achieve common goals and change the world

Requirements

The ideal candidate:
• has a good track record in running and winning campaigns
• is strategically focused
• has strong skills and experience in managing budgets and teams
• has a deep understanding of Greenpeace aims
• has excellent English in speaking and writing
• is available to travel to other Greenpeace offices, campaign locations or locations where environmental problems require the presence of Greenpeace representatives.
