Project Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a Project Administrator (20 hrs a week) for activating and managing portfolio of CEE projects and coordinating regional and global project boosts when required. This position will be based in one of the CEE countries. 


The main responsibilities on the position are programme coordination and planning, managing the day to day administration for the Programme Director’s office, and acting  as central communication point on status of campaign projects for national and international staff.


The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills and expertise, including but not limited to:



Requirements

  • Proven success track record in programme management, including management of multiple projects and task, risk and budget management

  • Ability to create clear, simple, solutions-based processes and procedures
  • Ability to operationalise instructions well
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and delegate tasks to other staff, contractors and volunteers
  • Demonstrated competency in carrying out routine daily tasks accurately, with attention to detail and in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure in rapidly changing circumstances
  • Ability to use online tools for project management (eg. Smartsheet)
  • Ability to travel and work weekends where necessary
  • Excellent command of English
