People & Culture Manager - Regional Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (30 hours)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced person with a rich proficiency in talent acquisition, hands-on experience in leading international full-cycle recruitment processes as well as curiosity to develop innovative, effective approaches to meet our hiring needs.

Your experience enables you to develop recruitment strategies that meet the organisation's short- and mid-term hiring needs.

Your curiosity drives you to follow sourcing trends, to experiment with fresh, daring approaches and to try new tools and processes.

Your passion for people makes you a perfect first point of contact for candidates, an interesting interviewer and a brilliant support for our hiring managers. You are implementing the highest recruitment standards and are keen to share them with others.


The scope of your work will include but not be limited to: 

  • Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy

  • Innovating in approaches and tools like active sourcing, social-media recruitment, etc.;

  • Enhancement and development of the Application Tracking System Recruitee;

  • Improving our Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Operational Recruitment

The role holder is reporting to the Regional Director People & Culture. The position is flexible with weekly working hours between 25 to 30 hours. The successful candidate may be based in any of our regional offices in Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia or Slovenia. The salary depends on the final location and is based on the organisation's salary system.
